Welcome to Della Spa – Chandrapur. These Terms & Conditions govern your bookings, appointments, and overall use of our website (dellaspa.co.in) and the professional wellness services rendered at our physical premises in Civil Lines, Chandrapur.

By booking a session or accessing this site, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following policies. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, we kindly ask you to refrain from scheduling services with us.

1. Bookings and Appointments

To ensure the availability of your preferred therapists and private treatment suites, we highly recommend scheduling appointments in advance.

• Appointments can be requested via our direct phone numbers (+91 8422019060 / +91 8422019074), WhatsApp chat buttons, or our integrated chatbot service.
• Walk-in guests are welcome; however, sessions are strictly subject to immediate suite and therapist availability.
• Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in reduced therapy duration to prevent delays for subsequent guests, with full rates still applying.

2. Medical Disclosures & Client Safety

Your health and safety are our prime concerns. Prior to starting any session, guests must disclose any of the following to our front desk or spa therapists:

• Active medical conditions, chronic illnesses, recent surgeries, or physical injuries.
• Pregnancy (certain massage therapies are not recommended or require customized techniques).
• Skin allergies, open wounds, or sensitivities to massage oils, scents, or specific skincare ingredients.

Our therapies are intended for general relaxation and body wellness. They are not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis or treatment.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session:

• Please provide us with at least 2 hours' notice prior to your scheduled slot.
• Failure to notify our team, or multiple consecutive no-shows, may restrict future booking privileges on our online platform.

4. Right to Refuse Service & Professional Conduct

Della Spa – Chandrapur maintains a strictly professional, therapeutic, and family-friendly environment.

• All services offered are strictly therapeutic and non-sexual in nature.
• Any form of solicitation, inappropriate remarks, or disrespectful behavior directed towards our male or female therapists will result in the immediate termination of the session.
• In such cases, the guest will be escorted off the premises, and no refund will be issued. We reserve the right to report such incidents to local law enforcement.

5. Payment Methods & Rates

The rates for our therapies (Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Aroma Therapy, etc.) are communicated at the front counter or via booking chats.

• We accept cash, unified payment interface (UPI), and major digital wallets at the physical spa counter.
• All rates are subject to change without prior notice, but rates for already confirmed bookings will remain honored.

6. Limitation of Liability

Della Spa – Chandrapur, its management, and staff shall not be held liable for the loss or damage of any personal belongings, valuables, or jewelry left unattended within the spa premises. We strongly advise keeping your personal belongings with you or securing them safely.
